Jammu police arrested the husband by exposing a blind murder case

Jammu: Jammu police have arrested a husband by exposing a blind murder case, which was initially presented as a natural death, demonstrating professionalism.

In a statement, a police spokesperson said that on September 26, 2025, Sabina Sonar Dukhtar Akbar Khan Sakin Dhul street New Basti Jammu Jammu, Jammu, filed his sister Sonar Zuja Tej Pal Singh, son of Subhash Singh Sakalin Mangar, District Poonch Hali Tarkota Nagar Nagar Nagar, Jammu.

He said: ‘The complainant said that on August 26, his sister -in -law Tej Pal Singh allegedly took his wife for treatment, but the next day, on August 27, he returned with his body and performed the last rites in a hurry in Shastri Nagar Shamshan Ghat and did not report to the post -mortem.

He says: ‘The complainant further alleged that the woman was persecuted, there were suspicious marks on her neck, and a financial dispute was going on between the two and the purchase of a new house was going on and photos were also submitted in support of the allegations.

A police spokesman said that an FIR was registered under Section 103 of the BNS at the police station Bahu Fort under Section 103 and investigations were launched.

He said that in the meantime an investigative team, which included the FSL team and the Crime Photographer, inspected the accused’s rental house and collected the relevant evidence and also recorded the witnesses’ statements.

He says the accused Tej Pal Singh was arrested on the basis of scientific analysis and the evidence collected and further investigation into the case is underway.
