Hyderabad: Former Telangana Chief Minister and RSS chief K Chandrashekhar Rao has greeted the people of Telangana, especially women, on the occasion of the Saddula Bathukamma festival.
He termed Bathukamma as a unique cultural tradition of Telangana which is celebrated with devotion and joy for nine days by women and culminates with the Saddula Bathukamma on the last day.
Rao said that the festival reflects the spirit, happiness and identity of the women of Telangana. He hoped that Bathukamma would make every home prosperous, ease hardships and bring happiness and prosperity to all the families in the state.
