During the raid, while the accused were going to sell the stolen gold and silver in the market, the accused were arrested near a double bedroom apartment and stolen gold and silver ornaments were recovered from their possession.
While (3) thieves of the other gang Sheikh Sadiq, Vinod Ramesh, and Mukte Sainath are absconding, these accused will also be arrested soon. He said that a total of (31) tolas of gold ornaments, 25 tolas of silver, an auto and a mobile phone were seized from the possession of the thieves.
Police Commissioner P. Sai Chaitanya praised the performance of the police officials and also gave them rewards and asked the public to inform the police if they see suspicious persons involved in anti-social activities.
