Hyderabad: The Hyderabad Disaster Response and Asset Monitoring and Protection Agency (HYDRA) has demolished an unauthorized box cricket court in Budangpet, Hyderabad city. The authorities took this action after receiving a complaint about the construction of a cricket court by encroaching on a road in Boyapally Enclave. The cricket court was illegally constructed on land allocated for the expansion of the road.
Locals complained that the construction was causing traffic problems and they were facing difficulties. After receiving the complaint, the Hyderabad authorities immediately reached the spot and demolished the unauthorized construction with the help of JCB and cranes.
