Temperatures likely to rise in Telangana from Friday

In view of which, the Meteorological Department has issued an orange alert in these districts. On Wednesday, the highest temperature of 40.6 degrees was recorded in Sitarampur of Bhadradri Kotagudam district.

Hyderabad: The Hyderabad Meteorological Department has warned that temperatures in Telangana are likely to rise further from Friday.

The maximum temperature in many districts may reach 41 to 42 degrees Celsius. Especially in Bhadradri Kotagudam, Asifabad, Nirmal, Mulug, Jagtial, Mancharial, Bhopalpally, Padapally, Karimnagar, Khammam, Suryapet, Mehboobabad, Hanumakonda, Warangal, Nalgonda, Jangaon and Yadadri Bhongir, the temperature is likely to remain between 40 and 42 degrees Celsius.
