Adilabad _ November 18 (Urdulux) Reports of presence of a tiger in Otnoor and its surrounding areas of Adilabad district of Telangana have created panic among the local people.
For the past two days, the residents of the villages have been restless and disturbed, especially at night.
A tiger was spotted crossing the road in front of a vehicle in Otnoor late on Sunday, November 17. People in the vehicle filmed the scene and shared it on social media, adding to the fear in the area.
On Saturday, tiger footprints were spotted in Chamnaik Thanda and Nagpur border areas of Atanur mandal. These evidences have strengthened the rumors of the tiger’s presence.
Forest department officials have warned local people and farmers to be careful especially at night. Forest officials are active in monitoring the tiger’s movements and villagers have been instructed to avoid traveling alone and report any unusual situation immediately.
